Amanda is my go to for obtaining results! I was referred to her by close friends and highly recommend for anyone looking to get into shape. I went to her 4x a week to get wedding ready and within 3-4 months I was in the best shape I had been in a while. The gym has a very friendly atmosphere which helps with consistency and her schedule is very flexible as well.

Amanda is awesome. I started with her when I moved from the UK in 2018. Her approach is unique, not pushy but she is motivating and get you results. She is one of the best trainers out there. I felt much stronger working out with her. If you are thinking about starting strength training or a fitness regime don't hesitate to work with her. I had to stop for a while and am looking to restart and I am definitely working with Amanda again. She is the best!

Amanda is awesome! She offers strength classes between 1-3 people at a time, where you receive personal attention and feedback. She primarily focuses on core and strength, with less emphasis on cardio.
