I have been coming to OsteoStrong Tustin for two years. The coaches here are fantastic, always very encouraging and positive. In addition to the Osteo weight lifting, which is helping my bone density, they offer several modalities, all incredibly helpful and innovative for all-around health, aches & pains and strength! I’ve been going to Osteostrong since it opened. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very well versed On all the equipment and the modalities. I have osteoporosis and am using this as an adjunct to stronger bones. My goal is to eliminate the need for any medication for osteoporosis. I highly recommend giving it a try!
