The Perfect Workout has been a blessing for me. I broke my back in 2017 and spent five years recovering in pretty much constant pain. Four years in things got bad and something had to change. I started seeing a physical therapist that specialized in nerves and soft tissue. He helped a lot but was not quite enough. It was suggested that I try The Perfect Workout.
