I've been going to Dena monthly for quite a while now. I have a chronic muscular condition and am prone to migraines.Since seeing Dena regularly, I've noticed a decrease in the frequency of muscle spasms, reduced pain in general, and generally my body feels more relaxed. I don't remember when I last had a migraine!I'm very particular about any kind of bodywork and feel very fortunate to have found Dena's practice. Her work is very individualized, knowledgable, and responsive.Regular massage with Dena has become an invaluable part of supporting my health and wellbeing
I'm very thankful to have found Dena (thanks to all the other reviewers). It is not easy to find a cranial sacral therapist, especially not around here. So I am so glad to have Dena. She has a very gentle touch and calming presence. The session with her was amazing. She's also very thoughtful and follow up on how I was doing after the session. Will definitely recommend her for cranial sacral therapy (I have not had a chance to try her other services yet).
I’ve been seeing Dena and getting the lymphatic massage for about 9 months now. I cannot say enough good things about it! The main difference I have noticed is the decrease in overall inflammation. I go once a month and I think the consistency has been key!
