“When we had a storm on 12/31/2022 our fence got blown down. since this a good neighbor fence the landlord of the other property contacted this company. They are small business owner. They did an excellent job and they cleaned at the end of the day. I did not get another quote because we split the cost with the owner of the other property but the price was fair.“

“A storm had dropped a tree on my roof, and worsened damage done to the stucco on my garage wall. The crew from Timco did a phenomenal job on both. So good, you'd think the house had been built yesterday. They were on time, every time, efficient and professional (but so easy to work with). I can't recommend them enough.“

“Make sure you get quote for scope of work in writing from Southgate emailed . I had South gate come out for replacing balancers and swapping out a window. I was given a price over the phone. I scheduled tech to come out to address both. I specifically asked if tech was coming out that provided info for estimate as he was familiar with scope of work. They advised another tech was coming out, but the work would be addressed. Tech showed up and didn’t know about the window swap. I let him complete balancers, but asked him to call his dispatch. He was confused and I gave up taking to him. After discussing with dispatch, they advised that the window swap would need to be done by others. While I can understand the confusion of not sending the correct tech to
address both scopes of work, I am disappointed Southgate ghosted me after charging my credit card for half the requested work and did not call back to further discuss my disappointment or willing to negotiate added costs for return trip. I will chalk it up to they don’t want to deal with the window swap, but at least have the decency as a business to call me back after three attempts to speak with management. For Southgate to say they didn’t know about the window swap doesn’t line up with the copy of the estimate left by tech who swapped balancers. See notes in bottom of photo.

Update: Mario with Southgate called back to rectify the situation. He offered to handle directly which I can appreciate. I still elected to go elsewhere, but I have revised my rating based on our conversation.“

“Someone drove under a lower clearance overhang at our church with a tall vehicle and caused damage to our stucco. Jaime replied very quick, gave us a fair bid, and came out the next day to do the work. He blended the patch very well. Great service!“

There was a specific piece that needed to be installed for electronic lock we didn't notice until after they finished job. “We had a wonderful experience working with Good News Home Improvements. We needed an old garden window removed and replaced with a large picture window which also required some stucco work. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We received an estimate quickly and then everything else happened in a very timely manner including getting the window ordered, getting the work on the books for when the window was expected to arrive, etc. The window installers did a fantastic job and worked quickly. The stucco work was done the very next day and we were so impressed by how well the new stucco texture matches our existing stucco. The cost of everything was very reasonable, too! We wouldn't hesitate to call Good News again for any future projects!“

“I searched high and low for someone to install Versetta Stone on the front of my home. Someone recommended Cali Siding but wasn’t sure they serviced Napa. I was thrilled to pieces to not only find out they did, but they would also take care of buying the product and bring it to my home so I wouldn’t have to do anything. Their estimate was very reasonable and I can’t say enough good things about Igor and Nick who did the installation. Aleksandr and Ivan were both great in keeping me informed on the status of the delivery date of the stone. I have received so many compliments from my neighbors and everyone is saying we are making their homes look bad. “When we first contacted 3G for a siding quote back in late April of 2025, we weren't too serious and honestly, didnt have the funds to do it. We reached back out (October)after doing more research ourselves and exploring other products and Jeremy gave his recommendation of not using the product i wanted, but still quoted us to install it. We weren't happy with the price still so we sat. We were a tad embarrassed to have wasted his time and Jeremy reached back out to us in late December. It felt almost like a miracle that they still wanted to work with us because i know that we were asking a lot of technical questions and being a contractor myself, i was really into the fine details. 3g exceeded all of our expectations. David and his crew of 3 other guys had both layers of siding off, new sheeting installed all around, house wrapped, foam insulated, new windows installed and flashed, and finished all of the siding in about 8 full days.
