“I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl Atteberry, Kallie Orr and their broker, Fernando. What an amazing team! They were knowledgeable, personable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and give me suggestions.”
“Ralph Merideth with Lyon Real Estate was wonderful to work with. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and is there for you at every step.”
“I had a property in Cameron Park under financial hardship. The property had two squatters and another tenant who refused to leave. I spoke to so many agents with different selling models, but I chose Darren because of his knowledge and integrity.
One of our squatters was schizophrenic and would often walk around in his underwear, spreading lies and scaring buyers away. That tenant got code enforcement involved, which led to unexpected violations.
Every problem the property threw at us, Darren sent over well researched action plans that broke down our options and likely outcomes. It's clear he's been doing real estate for decades, and he always went above and beyond to help me.
The property always had showings with so many interested buyers. He was always there throughout this stressful time. I feel like I would’ve been screwed over with any other agent. I can't recommend him enough. If he could sell my property for a decent price, he can sell yours!”
