“This past month, I hired HomePRO to repair cracked stucco and address some underlying issues on the front of my 100-year-old home in East Sacramento. What started as a relatively simple stucco job turned out to involve quite a bit of hidden damage, including rotted wood framing under the surface.

They did an excellent job and they cleaned at the end of the day. I did not get another quote because we split the cost with the owner of the other property but the price was fair.“

“Reliable gave me a competitive bid and their crew did a solid job with window replacement and stucco repair. Jerry the project manager was good about communicating and kept me in the loop. Their stucco guy Rafael was great as were his workers. However what impressed me the most were the last guys, Joe and Shawn who came to finish some drywall repair around the newly installed window on the inside of the home. They went above and beyond and did more than what they were contracted to do just to make sure it would help me finish the rest of the drywall project more easily. “We hired Solid Construction to perform a major repair to our home's garage. They did a great job, and we would hire them again.

We needed a complete roof rebuild, including new trusses, tile roofing, exterior stucco and painting, interior drywall and texturing, and lighting.

As with any project, there were a few unavoidable delays (e.g., permit issuance delay from the city, weather, etc.) and a couple minor issues along the way, but everything was resolved to our satisfaction, and we're pleased with the results.“

Staying on budget and managing minimal change orders was made seamless through the use of Buildertrend software. Their support documentation for our construction loan payment process was always spot on, which made a complicated process feel manageable and organized.

One of the things that made Tankersley Build Co. such a great partner was how approachable and easy they were to work with. They consistently took the time to explain nuances, technical details, and processes in language that was clear and understandable. Cost efficiencies were always a priority as well. For example, once the team was able to move operations into the building, Jimmy proactively returned the rented unit to help reduce project overhead costs. Rented equipment was returned quickly to keep costs down.

Site management under Jimmy, the Superintendent, was exceptional. He runs a tight ship, and the site was always clean, organized, and well managed. Safety and security onsite were clearly a top priority, and Jimmy ensured all safety protocols were consistently communicated and adhered to throughout the project. Project plans were easy to access both online and at the job site, which kept communication transparent and efficient for everyone involved.

Jenn, the Office Manager, was always quick to respond to my questions or needs and consistently made us feel supported throughout the process. Their commitment to community partnership was also evident outside the project itself. During our “FORE Feeding Families” golf tournament fundraiser, Jenn created a beautiful booth to welcome and greet our golfers, which meant so much to our organization.

The entire office team was responsive, supportive, and even volunteered alongside their families during the Thanksgiving holiday.

“Maks and his crew recently completed several home improvement projects for us. We started with a complete garage finishing where they handled the drywall installation and mounted heavy-duty overhead garage storage racks, which really maximized our usable space.

Inside the house, they built a custom doorway casing leading into our dining room. Maks handled the framing and installation of a stained glass piece to secure it at the top of the entryway like a custom transom window. The measurements were exact, and he has a solid eye for symmetry and clean aesthetics. They also handled an under-stair storage conversion for us, building out a custom closet in what was previously dead space.

Overall, it was a good experience. He's very transparent and reasonable with pricing. His crew is great. They're really professional and respectful. Much of this work was done while our kids were home and the guys were courteous and unobtrusive the entire time. We are satisfied with the final results and would hire Maks and his team again for future carpentry or remodeling needs.“
