James was amazing! He was super responsive and accommodating when it came to scheduling. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and provided such excellent service. The carpets were extremely clean and his rates were super competitive. Will 100% come back and only use the Rug Specialist for all my carpet and floor cleaning needs!

It was such a pleasure to do business with The Rug Specialists. Rugs were picked up and dropped off in timely matter. Excellent job, my rugs look as good as new (and they have quite a few miles on them). James is a great professional and very nice person. All & all: highly recommend this company!
