The atmosphere was nice and warm and very clean. The blankets and sheets were warm so I was comfortable the whole time. “Bassil has magic hands! I came in with a strained neck/shoulder that had been bothering me for a week. A coworker told me about Bassil and how amazing his massages are so i texted him and he got me in the next day. I had a 90 min massage which was so reasonably priced and I proceeded to have the best massages of my life. “I do enjoy my membership but have had issues with the $1 sign up with friends tan free. I signed up at the end of last year and while they honor the plan I have it’s been a hassle when checking in for my spouse/friend, not to mention the very helpful staff and the clients waiting due to the staff needing to call each time for clearance of my keener ship with a guest.
I thought this was something that would stop once the 2026 year started and moving forward with regular membership prices and have called a few times trying to get this resolved but it’s been over 5 months and this is still an issue. They should disclose this when signing people up. Otherwise the facilities are clean, and the staff are very accommodating.“
