I signed up at the end of last year and while they honor the plan I have it’s been a hassle when checking in for my spouse/friend, not to mention the very helpful staff and the clients waiting due to the staff needing to call each time for clearance of my keener ship with a guest.
I thought this was something that would stop once the 2026 year started and moving forward with regular membership prices and have called a few times trying to get this resolved but it’s been over 5 months and this is still an issue. They should disclose this when signing people up. Otherwise the facilities are clean, and the staff are very accommodating.“

When I first started seeing her, I had very little experience with massage and my nervous system was pretty hypervigilant, so I wasn’t sure how comfortable I would feel. From the very first sessions, Dena was so kind, grounded and calming that I felt completely at ease. She has such a soothing presence and creates a space that feels genuinely safe and relaxing.

She is also very skilled at massage and has helped release so much tension, especially in my face and jaw. I can really feel the difference after seeing her. She also makes her own facial oils, lip balms, body butters and other products with all-natural ingredients, and they are absolutely divine.
