“We recently had our beautiful floors installed by Big Bob`s. We are extremely pleased with the whole service from start to finish. They came to our home the next day to measure up and in particular they paid attention to finishing details and sub floors. We received the written quotation couple of days later. After we placed an order we were contacted on 4 occasions by customer services and we were kept informed at all times. The fitters arrived on time as promised and they were very professional and helpful. They finished our flooring in one day and stayed till 7pm to get the job done. They even vacuumed before they left. On the whole we were very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend.“
