“Mr. Chen has a magical way of turning every cello lesson into something my son genuinely looks forward to. The moment he walks in, he’s smiling; the moment the lesson ends, he’s begging to stay longer. He enjoys it so much that he now asks for extended lesson time every week, the ultimate sign of how engaging and fun Mr. Chen makes learning. Mr. Chen keeps things lighthearted while still teaching real technique, and he knows exactly how to motivate young learners. My son leaves each lesson energized, proud of what he’s learned, and excited for the next one. Watching him grow in confidence and musicality has been such a joy. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Mr. Chen. If you’re looking for a teacher who brings out the best in kids while making the process fun and inspiring, he’s the one.”
