Bad customer service. Unfortunately, it’s so hard to communicate with folks because of the language barrier. They don’t understand and me as a client don’t understand them.

I'd like to give more than 5 stars if possible. The staff is friendly and kind, with professional skills and reasonable prices. This store is the best nail salon in Sunnyvale. I love everything, including the service and the results. I will recommend it to all my friends. Thank you very much!
