CABS is an amazing company. We used them to replace our entire system in 2017 and they came highly recommended from someone else we know. They’ve worked with us on warranty repair issues and maintenance. Over the almost 10 years I have owned this house, I have had a few different AC companies come out for work and inspections. My emergency last minute appointment with CABS was hands down the most thorough inspection and best customer service I have ever had. Brigham L. - the tech who came out - showed me photos and videos of everything, talked me through everything, fixed the problem with the AC, explained why there was even a problem in the first place, charged me what I thought was a fair price, especially given the same day service. I would absolutely use CABS, and request Brigham again.
Michael is a good service person with good personality and swift service to restart my A/C; however, I have not received any maintenance report and/or repair report, invoice/receipt yet as of now.
