“Milholland Electric is back to the superb company they once were. Milholland originally installed my solar system and power wall. Sun Power required that they (Sun Power) would have to remove/re-install their panels to insure their warranty. They removed my panels in early July for me to install a new roof. To complete my roofing job the panels had to be re-installed before the roof could be completed. Sun Power declared bankruptcy and left me with solar panels in my garage and my roof unfinished. I contacted Milholland and they have now re-installed my panels. Chad the supervisor and his helper Dave were amazing, were responsive, super easy to work with, provided a timely response and were very professional. In addition, their price was very fair. Also, Benjamin made sure our solar system and power wall were working perfectly. They were an amazing team for which I can only express my extreme gratitude. Hooray for Milholland Electric!!!!!“

We were so impressed that we had them install a new central air heating and air conditioning system in our 1939 home, which required them to run ductwork throughout our ceiling. “Pacific was recommended by the contractor that originally installed our HVAC units, but has since retired. I knew he would point me in the right direction and he did! I e-mailed Pacific Refrigeration late in the day with the make & model number of our Rheem HVAC unit, explained the issue and let them know that it's not an emergency, just send a tech when one is in our neighborhood. The next morning we got a call stating a tech could be here in an hour, so I stated that would work. Within the hour, Dean showed up ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay switch and that he had one with him. In no time at all, he had the new relay installed, the unit buttoned back up and was complete. Dean was very professional, courteous and diligent. After such a positive experience, I would highly recommend Pacific Refrigeration.“

“Based on past experiences, I thought I was looking at 2 or 3 weeks for an AC repair. With Generations Heating and Air, I was pleasantly surprised, though. They showed up on time and my repairman, Mike, explained what the problems might be before he even started. As the unit had been turned off, we had to wait a while before it was possible to determine the exact location of leaking, so he went with repairing the obvious fix but didn't leave it at that. He wanted to check back later in the day to be sure. It was a good thing as there were more problems. Most repairman would have said they'd see me the next day, but after doing a full day's work, Mike came back and took the AC apart until he found everything that was wrong...and then proceeded to finish the job that night. He also explained it so I could understand it. The next day, I had another call from the owner to be sure everything was still working fine.
