The technician came to the house and got right to work. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Noticed that I needed a new drain hose for the AC/unit and recommended changing it out, did an excellent job and cleaned out all the debris from Prior work that have been done and not clean properly by a different company. I will definitely be getting in touch with him again next time I need them. Also if I need any new work done, I will call them for install installation, etc..
Maximum Comfort installed a heat pump last December, replacing our old furnace. Though we rarely need AC, we are happy that we now have it. We turned it on recently and realized one room had no cool air coming out of the vent. I called, and two days later Elkan came out to fix the problem. He went into the attic, took a photo and showed me that that vent hadn’t been connected. He did so, and we now have cool in all rooms! I really appreciate their responsiveness!
Maximum Comfort is a well-oiled machine, from booking appointments to follow-up with techs and staff. Pearson is a great tech who provides on-site real-time updates and conversations for more extensive options at reasonable rates. Cheers. Jason, New Silverado
