On one of the hottest days this year, Zack arrived within 24 hrs of our call to fix our a/c. Not only did he do an amazing job going up 16 ft into an attic, he also took the time & effort to explain proper filter placement, cleared the overflow line & found a gas leak in the heater. The latter were both missed by a recent inspection & an a/c tune-up within the last month. Zack was personable as well as professional & I highly recommend Generations Heating & A/C. Based on past experiences, I thought I was looking at 2 or 3 weeks for an AC repair. With Generations Heating and Air, I was pleasantly surprised, though. They showed up on time and my repairman, Mike, explained what the problems might be before he even started. As the unit had been turned off, we had to wait a while before it was possible to determine the exact location of leaking, so he went with repairing the obvious fix but didn't leave it at that.
