Jake came in not actually knowing what I needed. When I explained that my airconditiner was blowing air but not cooling he spent the next couple of hours trying to figure out why. Then he told me the price of repair and that he couldn't guarantee how long it would last. He also quoted a price for a new unit which did come with a guarantee. I said I wanted more information so he requested Nick, I think that was the name of the man. We talked more and as we were I began to think a new unit was my best option.
Both men were very polite and answered my questions. Then Jake did the best thing ever! He brought 2 room airconditiners to use in the bedrooms overnight.

Josh is great. Super knowledgeable. Pricing is high but I think that’s more a function of private equity and the industry right now. As a rep for the company he was spot on.
