He was so thorough in the cleaning and took us to the back and front yard & showed us what needed to be repaired on the gutters. He also showed us the moss that was growing on the roof and explained what we needed to do (we didn't even notice - even though there was a lot! ). He just went over and beyond and it didn't go unnoticed. My mom loved him so much and was so happy with such great service from him she gave him a giant hug when he was leaving.
