Bay Valley Roofing staff and workers were amazing. On the first day, Sean sent me a message that the workers would come at a specific time but they actually came earlier. Every single day they worked on time and finished what they’re supposed to accomplish that day. Sean sent me a daily report on what’s going on and what to expect. He is a very professional guy. He answered all my questions and explained thoroughly the issues I brought up. We are satisfied with the roof installed.

Wonderful company. 10/10. I highly recommend Bay Valley. I got roofing quotes from 5 companies and was unable to get any of the other companies to follow up or return phone calls. Bay Valley provided excellent customer service. The workers were timely and worked quickly and even helped me with a huge favor.I ask a lot of questions and the project had complications because Bay Valley needed to coordinate with my solar company. I honestly find their repair cost are exorbant - repair time was approximately 10 minutes. Outside of this issue, they are an excellent company to due business with. Great customer service, showed up on time and were attentive to the job. Billing was quick and easy.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
