John Mortensen was recommended by a neighbor and now I can't recommend him enough. Our adventure started when our insurance carrier sent a present, requesting that we reroof our home or lose our homeowners policy. As if that wasn't enough, they required the process to be completed in a quick 60-days. John and Humberto were great to work with. From start to finish, they were communicative, able to work within our tight timeline, and come in on budget. They also did an amazing job as our roof survived the bomb cyclone of 2021 with ease. From the estimate forward, I found working with the owner, John Mortensen, to be easy and professional. His bid was clearly the best I received. His crew, especially the supervisor, Humberto were skilled, professional, friendly, and helpful. Humberto’s entire attitude was “we will make it right”. The crew thoroughly cleaned the premises at the end of each day. The roof looks great, and the repair work they had to do (replacing a 35 year old roof) was done quickly and, again, professionally.
