Their pricing was fair with others but I like the explanation of everything compared to other companies. The copper add on was pricy but I think in general copper is expensive. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. I do like that they use a drone to show me all the pics because how else can you truly see the work progress without climbing your own roof.“

“Top notch all the way around. Kevin did a great job on initial assessment and explanation. Dean was beyond excellent in talking us through every detail and answering all my newbie questions. Guessing not many people probably buy more than one roof in their lives, so it’s a learning process and Dean was great all the way through. He facilitated getting us samples of a dozen different shingles to choose from for color. Threw in some extras on installation that were not on the quote to make us happy with the details. Price quoted was the best we got, including no markup on permit fees. And without doubt best service you could hope for. His quote was also the only one with thoroughly detailed info on methods and materials. Most others were just a single line lump sum “trust us” kind of quote. But for $20k you might want some details! Dean delivered. Also certified for the best warranty in the business. Lots of other business charge extra for that, Acker included it in the cost. And lots of other installers advertise or say that they’re certified with various shingle companies, but surprise, they’re not! Buyer beware. I called and emailed the manufacturer to verify after getting quotes, and most weren’t authorized to offer the extended warranties. But if you didn’t check and then 20 years later you need to make a claim, surprise! Peace of mind, Dean and Acker are fully legit. Plus, Dean is a straight shooter no BS kind of guy, not a pushy salesman. Acker truly earn all those 5 star reviews, now including mine. Thanks guys!“

At first company “M” came out and inspected my roof and came out with an outrageous damage report with over $9,000.00 repairing cost. Mind you my roof was installed in 2018 so I asked for second opinion. In comes Liam with A Better Roofing Company. Yes he did identified same minor repairs to be done but for lot practical pricing given the work that needed to be done.

My experience with Elliott and Son Roofing dates back to 2015, when the roof of my residence needed to be completely replaced. Elliott & Son Roofing did the job for me !! I have never been more satisfied with their crew/services; then and now. I have had no problems with my roof, but in my mind I know, too, that the company will always be there for me, if I need help. The type of roof that I have chosen, compared to other types of roof in the market were explained to me, which included the warranty, roof-life, colors, completion time, crew work days /hours, and cost of the materials/labor, which I found to be very reasonable. I made my decision and have not had any regrets. The crew came as scheduled and performed the roof job very satisfactorily, in a timely manner, as discussed and agreed upon. In the 8 years that I have been calling Elliott & Son for assistance (I must admit, have not always been pertinent to my roof that has been installed, but exteriorly-related), I find Norm to be problem-oriented, he listens, problem-solves, and demonstrates concern and attentiveness. “26 years fter Cornell Roofing put on my roof, I incurred a leak, caused by damage from the rooftop pool solar system. After gettibg a few exorbitantly high repair estimates, I contacted Cornell. Two men came out the next day and successfully fixed the leak. Thanks again, Cornell.“

“A few years after my husband died, I finally hit a wall when I saw a puddle of water by the front door and realized the roof was leaking all the way through into the house. I started calling roofing companies and no one would come out because they said it's not safe to walk on tile in the rain, I didn't know what to do and then I remember when I was a kid I knew a family that owned a roofing company and sure enough they were still there! I explained to John what was going on and he very calmly said don't worry I'll send someone out right away, he'll do a quick patch job and then when it stops raining, we'll come out to go over your entire roof and see what's needed. They did just that, and when they came back to do repairs and replace cracked tiles they were very thorough and gave a great price. I will never forget that they were the only ones who would come out when I needed them most!“

“Our 18 year old Monier Lifetile Cedarlite roof had many broken tiles due to its inherent fragility and foot traffic from painters and solar equipment installers. Most roofers that we contacted refused to work on it because of its fragility. We eventually found 3 roofers who made bids (one without even going up on the roof!). We chose California Custom Contractors (CCC) because the owner, Greg Meo did a thorough inspection which he documented with photographs. His proposal, again carefully documented with photographs of the proposed repairs, was not the cheapest of the 3 but its thoroughness and Greg's obvious experience with Cedarlite tile roofs (again, more photos of past jobs) made the choice clear. We learned that CCC does not install new roofs but only does repairs.CCC cleaned moss and other debris from the roof, replaced and painted all pipe flashings, replaced all broken tiles and installed metal flashing to replace the original cracked lead flashing. All of the work done was documented with photographs. Our roof now looks fantastic and we are confident that there will be no leaks. Greg and his team of 3 very experienced workers were a pleasure to work with and get my highest recommendation. If your roof needs careful conscientious repair, call California Custom Contractors; despite their generic name, they only repair roofs.“

We hired Cosmic Renovation to redo our Spanish style tile roof approximately 2 years ago. They are very good at explaining the process and the details without making it all feel like a big upsell (other companies did make us feel like that). Their price is fair, not the most expensive but not the cheapest but they deliver well on what they promise. The value comes from the quality of service and workmanship. Now that the new roof has been up for a couple years I can safely say it's doing the job perfectly. “The service was gutter cleaning and leaf guard installation. When Jason stopped by, my gutters were literally growing weeds. The city tree on my property has caused high maintenance of the gutters. Decided to have leaf guards installed which will hopefully lessen the task of cleaning. All staff were very professional and personable. Communication was great. THANK YOU to Mark who showed me the Leaf Blaster guard which I think will work better than the easy lock screen that I initially selected. They were pricier but Quality First quickly processed a change order and installed my preferred guards at no additional cost. Thank you!“
