Our roof was leaking from the biggest storm in 30yrs back in 2022 Dec - early 2023, and we noticed that the top of our fireplace was wet to touch from inside. So I called around at least 5 different roofing companies to have them check out the leak. Surprisingly, everyone had a different diagnosis and recommended different things to do, ranging from fixing the chimney to replacing the entire roof. When I met with Ofier, his professionalism and customer-first attitude immediately put me at ease. Great experience working with Nelson from Paragon Roofing. Communication was always clear, he took the time to explain everything they would do and answer all my questions. He was able to get my roof fixed within a week of the initial estimate and it looks great. Highly recommend!
