26 years fter Cornell Roofing put on my roof, I incurred a leak, caused by damage from the rooftop pool solar system. After gettibg a few exorbitantly high repair estimates, I contacted Cornell. Two men came out the next day and successfully fixed the leak. Thanks again, Cornell.
When our 1990s-era shingles were looking threadbare, Ron from Cornell inspected and told us to replace in 2-3 more years - rather than try for an immediate sale. We appreciated Ron's explanation of their replacement criteria and his honest approach. We bookmarked them. When we were ready, Clint came and proposed a plan for the roof, gutters, skylights, and attic venting. His ideas were prudent, his detail was clear, and Cornell's pricing was competitive. Cristin @ headquarters responded promptly to our many emails. In only five days, the Cornell team: + Refreshed the curb presentation of our home by installing fresh, new, shingles that make our roof surfaces and angles look crisp, neat, and clean. + Updated our appearance by replacing flat sided gutters with new ones showing a subtle streamline indentation which added modern visual appeal. + Replaced angled downspouts with curved spouts. Much easier to flush out leaves. + Brightened our interior with new skylight domes in place of our 1970s yellowing skylights. Very reasonably priced. + Simplified our attic exhaust system by upgrading an old problematic wired fan with a wireless solar powered model we can't hear and don't fuss with. + Quality-controlled for any remaining details by Clint Jr and Rubin who addressed a few questions we had at the end of the project. They made sure we were completely satisfied at closure. The whole Cornell team is very trustworthy. Excellent quality. Fairly priced. Respectful of clients and existing property.
