I had MaxSeal perform a full duct system assessment, duct cleaning, and Aeroseal duct sealing for my home, and the results were honestly amazing. Before their work, my air conditioner struggled to cool the house and the furnace could never warm all the rooms evenly. MaxSeal found that my system was losing **about 40% of the conditioned air through duct leakage**, which explains everything.

They added a return, cleaned the ducts, and sealed the entire supply and return system. The Aeroseal report showed leakage dropping from **180 CFM down to just 19 CFM**, an 89.4% improvement — truly impressive. After the work, the room temperatures became much more consistent, and the air conditioner finally cools the whole house properly.
