We had an excellent experience working with Ryan on a full gut renovation, which was a complex project from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable and hands-on, especially when it came to navigating city requirements, securing permits, and coordinating inspections, which made a potentially stressful process feel very manageable.

The Rise Group recently finished building a detached outdoor pergola for us with a full shingle California peak roof, pine tongue and groove ceiling, and redwood posts, privacy fence, and outdoor staircase. We are very pleased with the finished project.The construction took roughly four months, and prior to breaking ground Ryan and his engineering team were very helpful drafting and submitting the project's engineering plans for the required town and county approvals. Although completion of the project took longer than anticipated, we feel that every stage of the project received careful attention and we were eventually able to work out unexpected issues to our satisfaction. Ryan's framers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and painters did an excellent job and the end result shows the hard work and attention to detail that went into it. We would certainly recommend Ryan and his team for any similar engineering and build projects.
