Kirkwood Animal Hospital provides excellent care for pets, making each furry friend feel special. Staff members, including veterinarians, techs, and the front desk, offer personal attention and keep pet owners well-informed about their pets' conditions and recommended treatments. The hospital also assists with administrative tasks, such as coordinating with pet insurance. Office managers like Erica demonstrate great customer service skills, helping to ensure a smooth experience. Longtime pet owners trust the compassionate staff to make treatment recommendations with their pets' well-being in mind. The clinic is known for diagnosing issues accurately and referring to specialists when needed. Although some services, like urgent care, can be a bit pricey, the overall experience is positive. The staff, especially the front desk team and veterinarians like Dr. Wu, are highly praised for their kindness, professionalism, and knowledge. The clinic also works well with difficult pets, using gentle approaches and suggestions like sedatives to make procedures easier for anxious animals.
We had our dog’s dental cleaning here for the second time. They communicate clearly, and their prices are reasonable compared with other places, especially since dental cleanings for dogs can be expensive. We had a good experience both times.
This was my first visit to Kirkwood Animal Hospital, I was referred to them by Cambrian Animal Hospital which has recently closed after 40 years of service to me and my many pets.
I was pleased with Kirkwood Animal Hospital’s professional, timely and very friendly service. Dr Hu was knowledgeable, professional and exactly what I was looking for!
Thank you to Dr Hu and the staff for a great first impression! Even though it’s further away from my home I will continue to use their services.
Thank you Kirkwood
Excellent! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Lucky came home happy and not groggy at all. Dr. Hu and her team were wonderful and caring. I have been through a veterinary clinic remodel myself. You were champs! Thank you so much. Leigh Avilla
