We remodeled our kitchen and living room. We invite three contractors to provide us with an estimate, and it also gave us a chance to meet and talk with each contractor. We ultimately went with Nate, Legacy Construction. He's bid was very competitive, but the deciding factor was our interaction with him and his responsiveness. He kept us informed throughout the project and was always available when needed. He went with us and helped us pick out countertops and cabinets. He has a top notch team and subs (i.e. cabinet maker, stucco, electrical, and appliance installers). I needed my bathroom remodeled really quickly and Nate came right in to help. He was VERY responsive every time I reached out to him. He helped me all along the way from picking out the tile and vainity to answering all my questions. Everyone in Nate’s team were friendly, helpful and respectful . The project came in on time, on budget and with minimal hiccups!
I would use Nate again for any home improvement needs I have in the future!

Nate and his team did a great job. We still need to go through the final touch ups but the house is great and we are exceptionally happy.
