I’ve been using my local The Cleaning Authority franchise for the past six months, and finally have enough experts leave a review. I have found the teams of cleaners who have come to the house to be careful, competent, and efficient. It took a few visits for the teams to get the hang of the house—how some of the built in appliances, bathroom fixtures, and light switches operated. Keeping the same crew was helpful with that. When a newer crew came a few times, and I had issues with the quality of the cleaning, the local management was understanding.
