Alpha Animal Hospital

3177 South Bascom Avenue, Campbell

“I have nothing but amazing things to say about Alpha Animal Hospital! I'm a new client, and they've already earned my trust completely.

I came in because my dog had a paw infection, and it turned out he had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics prescribed. Two days later, I booked a follow-up to switch his meds and make sure everything was okay and once again, they were amazing. They didn't even charge me a visit fee for that appointment, only the cost of the new medication. That kind of honesty is so refreshing.

I've been to a lot of vets in the Bay Area, and my average visit runs $500-600. Here, I haven't even crossed $200. It's clear they're not trying to overcharge or upsell you they actually care about your animal, not just the bill.

The doctor genuinely communicates with you. He sits down, walks you through everything, and actually listens to your concerns instead of rushing you out the door. The whole clinic is understanding, responsive, and easy to reach when you need them.

I’m so grateful I found this place. It’s rare to find a vet clinic that combines this level of genuine care, communication, and fair pricing. Highly recommend, and I’ll absolutely be back for all my dog’s care going forward”

Story Road Animal Hospital

125 East Sunnyoaks Avenue Suite 108, Campbell

“At first, I was skeptical about Story Road Animal Hospital given its location. The front door has a metal gate that's constantly locked. However, after the door opens into the front room, I am impressed with how it is day and night from the inside to outside. The customer service was phenomenal. The moment I stepped in, the vet assistants were very helpful to explain the steps they will take to spay my fur baby. I am happy that they did a clean incision that my girl healed as if there was no surgery. The vet personally called me at the end of spay to give me the good news of a successful operation. The surgery required a deposit but I think that was a good thing they do to ensure only serious patients. Thank you Story Road Animal Hospital for providing services for people in budget.”
