Michaela is amazing! If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your hair and making sure the final result is exactly what you want, she is your girl. She's incredibly thorough and always takes the time to break things down realistically so you know what to expect. She's been doing my cuts and highlights for years, and I literally drive from Tracy to see her because I don't trust anyone else with my hair. My hair has never grown this long or stayed this healthy until I started seeing her, and I get compliments on it all the time! AND she is such a sweetie pie! Michaela is THE best. I've been getting hair extensions on and off for about 10 years, and I started seeing Michaela a year and a half ago. My natural hair is already pretty long, so I only get one row for added volume. If you're looking for someone who truly knows how to install extensions without damaging your hair, she's your person. Since seeing her, my hair has continued to grow with zero damage. On top of that, she's an amazing colorist and always works with you to achieve your hair goals!
I've been getting my hair cut by Sam since 2014. It is now 2024. That alone speaks volumes on how great he is as a barber. He is very meticulous. Takes his time and does amazing fades. And he is always open to suggestions and corrections if needed. The overall experience and atmosphere at Rad & Company is super welcoming and relaxing. I see how much love and care Sam and Pareesa have put into this business.
