She is very easy going but truly at the top of her craft and I have had better luck with her than anyone I've gone to in the Bay Area. I love the little salon and how comfortable it feels. Also, unlike many hairdressers who make you feel obligated to talk the whole time, she lets you work if you need to work so I always bring my laptop.
