“Dynasty Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Once we got on the schedule the process was quick, thorough and professional. They did our main roof and a large flat roof over our carport. They even custom built a new metal top for our chimney and new flashing for the carport. Their quote was very reasonable and spot on. The cost for addressing some dry rot on the carport was less than I was expecting. They also installed some eave vents to work in unison with the new ridge vent. Highly recommend.“

My experience with Elliott and Son Roofing dates back to 2015, when the roof of my residence needed to be completely replaced. Elliott & Son Roofing did the job for me !! I have never been more satisfied with their crew/services; then and now. I have had no problems with my roof, but in my mind I know, too, that the company will always be there for me, if I need help. The type of roof that I have chosen, compared to other types of roof in the market were explained to me, which included the warranty, roof-life, colors, completion time, crew work days /hours, and cost of the materials/labor, which I found to be very reasonable. I made my decision and have not had any regrets. The crew came as scheduled and performed the roof job very satisfactorily, in a timely manner, as discussed and agreed upon. In the 8 years that I have been calling Elliott & Son for assistance (I must admit, have not always been pertinent to my roof that has been installed, but exteriorly-related), I find Norm to be problem-oriented, he listens, problem-solves, and demonstrates concern and attentiveness. “A few years after my husband died, I finally hit a wall when I saw a puddle of water by the front door and realized the roof was leaking all the way through into the house. I started calling roofing companies and no one would come out because they said it's not safe to walk on tile in the rain, I didn't know what to do and then I remember when I was a kid I knew a family that owned a roofing company and sure enough they were still there! I explained to John what was going on and he very calmly said don't worry I'll send someone out right away, he'll do a quick patch job and then when it stops raining, we'll come out to go over your entire roof and see what's needed. They did just that, and when they came back to do repairs and replace cracked tiles they were very thorough and gave a great price. I will never forget that they were the only ones who would come out when I needed them most!“

“Our 18 year old Monier Lifetile Cedarlite roof had many broken tiles due to its inherent fragility and foot traffic from painters and solar equipment installers. Most roofers that we contacted refused to work on it because of its fragility. We eventually found 3 roofers who made bids (one without even going up on the roof!). We chose California Custom Contractors (CCC) because the owner, Greg Meo did a thorough inspection which he documented with photographs. His proposal, again carefully documented with photographs of the proposed repairs, was not the cheapest of the 3 but its thoroughness and Greg's obvious experience with Cedarlite tile roofs (again, more photos of past jobs) made the choice clear. We learned that CCC does not install new roofs but only does repairs.CCC cleaned moss and other debris from the roof, replaced and painted all pipe flashings, replaced all broken tiles and installed metal flashing to replace the original cracked lead flashing. All of the work done was documented with photographs. Our roof now looks fantastic and we are confident that there will be no leaks. Greg and his team of 3 very experienced workers were a pleasure to work with and get my highest recommendation. If your roof needs careful conscientious repair, call California Custom Contractors; despite their generic name, they only repair roofs.“

We hired Cosmic Renovation to redo our Spanish style tile roof approximately 2 years ago. They are very good at explaining the process and the details without making it all feel like a big upsell (other companies did make us feel like that). Their price is fair, not the most expensive but not the cheapest but they deliver well on what they promise. The value comes from the quality of service and workmanship. Now that the new roof has been up for a couple years I can safely say it's doing the job perfectly. Definitely recommend Cosmic for your roofing needs, they are good at what they do from start to finish. Our project manager Blake was also very communicative and helpful in guiding us through the process and keeping us updated, no idea if he is still with the company but a shout out to him for being great.“

“Like everyone else's, our roof started leaking in last winter's rainstorms. Our go-to favorite roofer isn't certified for flat roofs like ours. We called another local roofer to patch the leak, but he said it might not hold because the leak might involve our solar panel supports. He was right. We called Diablo Solar, who has done all the solar installations for our family and earned our trust again and again. They patched the leak temporarily as a warranty repair. We agreed that replacing the roof was overdue, but should wait until the rainy season ended. Diablo's customer support tech explained that our solar panels would have to be removed for the roof to be replaced, and that also was covered by their warranty. We wanted a company that was compatible with our solar people; they recommended Steve Meier. Alberto, the roofing estimator, came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. That was in April or May, and they were booked until August, but we were fine with waiting for a rain-free month. In the meantime, we ordered an independent roof inspection before and after the job, so both companies had the same picture of what was needed. Let's make a long story short. We now have a beautiful new roof and working solar. Steve's roofing crew and Diablo's solar team, in spite of never being at our house on the same day, coordinated seamlessly. There are symphony orchestras who don't play that smoothly together! Steve's people were punctual, the job was done well, and the area was always left clean and tidy. The workers were polite and pleasant. In spite of the sounds of people walking on the roof, we were happy to have them here. The inspection was a good idea. The followup inspection suggested a few superficial things; Steve sent out a crew promptly to take care of them, and we were done. The cost of the new roof was actually a little less than the estimate. I hope that answers your questions. If you have a flat roof, this company is very, very good at covering your needs.“
