Poor customer service. I got their name from Angi, requesting an estimate for a roof. They texted back they'd get back to me to setup a visit. Since that text I've had 5 other contractors in to evaluate my roof. If a contractor makes an appointment and misses it with no call or text, there will be no second chance. It is the first sign of trouble!

I needed to replace a TPO roof in backyard and shingle roof in front of house. Jose M. was my project manager. He showed up on time to inspect roof and he provided a detailed estimate within a few days. Once I signed contract and paid deposit, my project was scheduled within a few days. El Dorado Roofing's greatest strength is that they have multiple professional, highly experienced, and well equipped crews. One crew did a TPO roof, another team made quick work of a shingle roof replacement in front, a 3rd crew installed new gutters and downspouts and final touches. Scheduled for two Thursday's ago and the lady that answered the phone was very nice. Then they cancelled and rescheduled to Saturday. They didn't show up or answer their phone all Saturday morning. No apologies or calls or anything. Now the tenant is mad at me.
