Brian communicates through email almost instantly when you have questions or concerns and the "ground crew" are just as easy to communicate with. We loved that Brian sends his entire crew of ~14 workers to each job so an entire roof can be done in just one day and our was, even though 5 men were out sick! The quality of the work was 10 stars as well. If you need a new roof don't even bother talking to anyone else. This company is AWESOME.“

“40 years ago Rollamatic installed a beautiful sliding glass roof over our atrium. We own an Eichler home. Our atrium is central in the house and it is also the main way we enter and exit our home. Whatever the issue Rollamatic has always taken care of our system...installing new glass when one of our kids broke the glass...installing a new motor after decades of use...tweeking the old supports for the system to roll smoothly. In our house the Rollamatic roof is more than a thing of beauty: it helps us stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer; and it protects us from the rain. We can either have an extra room i.e. the atrium, or open the roof 100% to enjoy the fresh air. It has also made it possible for us to have a beautiful indoor garden with flowering vines that cannot withstand our winter cold: bougainvilleas. “Super impressed with Mark's professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. Our roof sprung a leak this winter after one of the many rainstorms. I thought we would need a new roof. Mark was responsive right away. He stopped by and did a thorough inspection on our flat roof that took over an hour. He told me a new roof was not necessary and we should get many more years out of it. He pointed to 2-3 areas that could use some attention. He explained what to do if I wanted to do it myself, or offered to come back and take care of it. I was so impressed that Mark would spend over an hour with me free of charge. “We had our roof replaced in 2015 by Westco. There were some leaks that popped up in 2021 and 2023. They honored their warranty and kept working until they fixed the problem, which ended up that they needed to completely replace a lot of the roof and add a higher end underlayment. In the end of the day, they may be expensive but it is highly worth it if you take into account their strong warranty. I highly recommend them.“
