“Super impressed with Mark's professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. Our roof sprung a leak this winter after one of the many rainstorms. I thought we would need a new roof. Mark was responsive right away. He stopped by and did a thorough inspection on our flat roof that took over an hour. He told me a new roof was not necessary and we should get many more years out of it. He pointed to 2-3 areas that could use some attention. He explained what to do if I wanted to do it myself, or offered to come back and take care of it. I was so impressed that Mark would spend over an hour with me free of charge. “I needed to replace a TPO roof in backyard and shingle roof in front of house. Jose M. was my project manager. He showed up on time to inspect roof and he provided a detailed estimate within a few days. Once I signed contract and paid deposit, my project was scheduled within a few days. El Dorado Roofing's greatest strength is that they have multiple professional, highly experienced, and well equipped crews. One crew did a TPO roof, another team made quick work of a shingle roof replacement in front, a 3rd crew installed new gutters and downspouts and final touches. On day of TPO roof replacement, rain was forecast for the evening, so they sent a 2nd crew and finished 2 day job in 1 day so roof can be ready for a sprinkle of rain that night. Very reliable, did what they said they would. Good value compared to other quotes I received. Very responsive to my questions and requests. Finished project ahead of time and on budget. Highly recommend.“
