“40 years ago Rollamatic installed a beautiful sliding glass roof over our atrium. We own an Eichler home. Our atrium is central in the house and it is also the main way we enter and exit our home. “The rusted gutters and downspout in our 30+ year old home needed replacement. I made an estimate inquiry to eight contractors specializing in gutters. Zachary, the Estimator for Sunshine Gutters took the time to explain our options and physically showed us how the galvanized steel fascia gutters would be attached. We liked how our main gutter of 18' would be all in one piece covering one side of the house, vs. several attached pieces. We chose Sunshine Gutters because of the knowledge and transparency given to us when answering our questions, the quality of the product, the fact that the company is family owned and has been in the business for so many years, bonded & insured and that the foreman, Antonio, would be working on our house as well as two of their long time staff. “Nick just came to inspect my roof on my one-family house in El Cerrito. He took me on to the roof and walked me through my roof problems patiently and at length. Because of him, I know about how many years left I have, what work I can do to extend the life, and how much replacement will cost. “Work to replace woodrotten T11 wall siding was done timely and within budget. Accomodations were made to do additional minor necessary work not originally in contract. Major damage that occurred during construction were fixed. Only caveat is that if there were any woodrot underneath the T11 wall siding, they will not check for it. Need to hire someone else to check this before they proceed with installing the new T11 wall siding next time.“

And all the workers were super friendly, detail-oriented, conscientious, and good, responsive listeners. They clearly aim to please, and really enjoy what they do.
