Our 18 year old Monier Lifetile Cedarlite roof had many broken tiles due to its inherent fragility and foot traffic from painters and solar equipment installers. Most roofers that we contacted refused to work on it because of its fragility. We eventually found 3 roofers who made bids (one without even going up on the roof!). We chose California Custom Contractors (CCC) because the owner, Greg Meo did a thorough inspection which he documented with photographs. Who would have known that a 30+ year concrete tile roof could look new again! Certainly not me. Greg hopped on our roof to give a thorough assessment of the condition of the roof we inherited with a purchase of our home. Photos and clear communication provided us with information about how to maintain the life of this roof and regain its original (almost) appearance. This team worked wonders and we couldn't be more pleased and relieved to know that this roof will last a life time! There's nothing better than standing back and watching a trusted and skilled craftsman work some magic!

It's so great when things go as expected. Greg and team very professionally fixed a leak in my roof. And he sent lots of annotated pictures so I knew what was going on. It's so great to know someone like Greg. Greg, please never retire! LOL
