“Needed repair service for Sub Zero refrigerator in the East Bay. Had the best experience with Hi-5 Appliance Repair. Steve promptly returned my inquiry call. Appointment scheduled and follow-up reminders come by way of text and email. Also, received a call in advance of appointment to let me know that he was 15 minutes away. Steve diagnosed misalignment of freezer drawer that was causing ice to form. He exercised great finesse in “tweaking” and making fine adjustments. The drawer now slides smoothly and effortlessly. Gasket fits as intended. Freezer is now quiet. Steve is pleasant, knowledgeable, highly competent. He exercised great care and tidiness as he worked. Cost is reasonable. We understand that he works on all appliance brands. He’s definitely our new go-to for appliance repair. Very pleased!“

“Our AC unit finally gave out after 20+ years during the 114 degree heatwave in Brentwood. We heard about Energy Solutions from a friend and the owner, Dan, was able to come out the day we called him. Not only did Dan's quote come in lower than Elite/Fairview/and others, but he was able to start installation on Monday (he came out on a Friday). Dan also had the great idea to reroute our unit and put it on the side yard, which totally opened up our back patio. The work was exceptional and Dan's crew even matched and painted everything to blend in with house. The job passed all tests and was permitted with the city. Definitely give Energy Solutions a call!“
“Another amazing visit from Cory at Clayton Brothers. Yesterday my HVAC unit started making a buzzing sound that kept getting louder. I turned off the thermostat to try to trouble shoot the problem, but the buzzing persisted. This morning I called to schedule an appointment. Cory was on time, professional, diagnosed the problem in minutes. He went to his truck, but didn't have a replacement part with him. He called Nate, who was around the corner working on another customers system. Nate had the transformer I needed on his truck. Nate delivered the part 5 min later. Cory installed it and was done. Entire process 30 min. Price was affordable too! Live these guys! Highly, highly recommend!“

This also involved redoing the family room on the first floor including removing an existing brick fireplace to make-way for a new insert and new surround. The work was completed efficiently and with quality results and we are very happy overall. Most importantly, Ron has stood by his work, we have had two minor issues come up since the completion of the work and in both instances he has had a crew out to evaluate the concern within a day or two and then quickly worked with us to create a plan to address and fix the problems.
