“Wow what a rarity to find someone who really understands old school and modern HVAC. Luis is super reliable, communicative, and punctual. Most importantly he’s very resourceful in solving problems - always laying out all options. He fixed a very old drop down heater in a loft and he fixed the HVAC in a Berkeley warehouse . All my friends rely on Luis.”
“Elvin came to provide an estimate on a new HVAC system. He was on time, professional, patient and explained in detail what was needed and why, provided numerous quotes giving options for my ultimate goal of adding for the first time AC. He gave a quote for complete new system, water heater and ductwork. He also gave quote without water heater, just ac and ductwork. Although everything was excellent my budget was cost prohibitive because I wanted to remodel kitchen and bathroom first. When I’m ready for HVAC system I will definitely hire Perfect Star.”
“Great experience with Smart Heating and Air Conditioning! The team was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. The service was efficient, pricing was fair, and my system is working perfectly now. Highly recommend!”
