When my 84 year old father needed a new heating and air conditioning system in the beginning of July during the heat wave, I searched online for the best company and Galaxy heating and air was our first choice. After reading the reviews on all platforms and Better Business Bureau. We called the Galaxy and made an appointment. They were very patient with my father answered all of our questions and even came out a second time to answer more questions before doing the installation. We got a top-of-the-line system Trane/Americian Standard since both my father and myself both have Trane systems and both have lasting over 20 plus years we decided the same would be best. Galaxy did a terrific job replacing our old HVAC system and ducts. It was great working with Matt to select the best furnace and AC units, and Ramiro did a fantastic job with installation. We had a fairly complex situation, as we were remediating, and it required a lot of coordination with other contractors and consideration to avoid mold issues. The ECC testing and inspection as went very smoothly. We are very happy with our new system. Thanks Galaxy!
