Another amazing visit from Cory at Clayton Brothers. Yesterday my HVAC unit started making a buzzing sound that kept getting louder. I turned off the thermostat to try to trouble shoot the problem, but the buzzing persisted. This morning I called to schedule an appointment. Cory was on time, professional, diagnosed the problem in minutes. He went to his truck, but didn't have a replacement part with him. He called Nate, who was around the corner working on another customers system. Nate had the transformer I needed on his truck. Nate delivered the part 5 min later. Cory installed it and was done. Our AC stopped working on the first hot day of the year. Nate came out quickly, checked everything methodically (and was happy to answer all my questions as he was working) and resolved the problem.
