“Robert and his team went above and beyond to take care of us. We got a ridiculous quote to replace our tiny furnace that required ripping out a wall to get the new one in. Fairview heating and air was able to get us a unit that fit without messing with the wall and they started right away at a good price.A week later we heard a funny sound from the heater and Jerry from Fairview Heating and Air came to check it out the next day. He was very friendly, fixed the issue (which was our fault not the heaters) and showed us how to program our thermostat.I highly recommend them!“
“Terry did an amazing job taking care of our AC! We needed a new blower motor, and the first time it was replaced it was making a much louder noise than before. (Terry mentioned that the new motor MAY be faulty, and that he would fix it if it was). After listening to it over the weekend the noise got louder. We called and Terry came and replaced it right away with a variable speed motor no questions asked and no additional cost. They stand by their work, and I will definitely call them the next time my HVAC needs to be serviced!Service: A/C system repair“

“My heat went off on Saturday and I couldn't get anyone to call me back even the people who had serviced my furnace a couple of years ago. I checked Yelp for excellent reviews and I was able to find this business. Ryan called me back and was so honest and forthright and told me there was no reason to pay for an emergency service call because none of the parts places were going to be open until Monday anyway. First thing Monday he contacted me and had already contacted every supplier to see if they could find the part for my furnace. While on the phone he walked me through some of the things I could do to troubleshoot to determine which part of the Furnace wasn't working and was causing me the problem. I took a video and sent it to him and he told me all the things I should check and we tried all different things including turning off the furnace, putting the fan on, even trying to air conditioning to see which motor was having the issue and he knew immediately what the problem was (he sais has been in business over 20 years.) Over the last couple of days I think Ryan has probably spent almost an hour on this without one bit of billing just to be sure that we understood what the problem was! I can't say enough about his patience, professionalism and knowledge. He could have easily charged me for an emergency after hours visit. I'm still waiting for three other companies that I called to call me back. They are coming this afternoon to install a very difficult to find part. I am surprised and delighted with this level of customer service because they truly have gone above and beyond! One of the people who finally called me said that I was going to need a new furnace that my furnace was too old to work on. I'm happy to be able to recommend people who go out of their way to provide excellence!“
