“This is a 5+ star company!! We're very happy with their knowledge of the mechanics of air conditioning units. The owner actually worked on ours and has for the past couple years. We have 2 units and bought a new one through them last year that's working great. Our other unit is on its last legs but Gryphon Air is helping us to get the last bit of use out of it until we absolutely can't use it anymore. They fix it every time so far. The owner is knowledgeable and very respectful and courteous. We won't go anywhere else. I definitely recommend Gryphon Air.“

“Mark you are the best! I now know why Don Helms (my good friend and real estate agent) recommends and uses you over 15 years. Of course my AC decides to stop working on Memorial day. I leave a message not expecting a call back until Tuesday. Instead I get a call back and set an appointment for the next morning. 30 minutes before showing up you call as promised. You analyze and test the various areas of my 20 year old Trane unit. Instead of simply saying time for a new unit as I might expect, you quickly located a couple of minor parts to replace. A little over an hour later everything is running, You assure me I can probably get another 5 years because my unit is a Trane and that's your experience. HONESTY - INTEGRITY - RESPONSIVE. “Service Technician Matthew arrived at my home at approximately 8:10am, immediately identified himself and was wearing proper uniform to back his identification. Matthew checked each of my two units and proceeded to identify that my lower floor unit was not working properly. He did several and extremely through inspection to make a proper diagnosis which after a few hours ended up in having to purchase a new unit. I wish to thank Matthew and Bruce’s Air Condition .“
“Premiere Air was recommended to me by a coworker who just had Ed install her unit and was very pleased with their work. I was quoted over $2600 by another AC company claiming I desperately needed to clean my coils ($500) and reseal my ducts ($2100) in the attic. This other company showed me "pictures" of my coils and in the pictures you couldn't even see the coils due to all the gunk caked on there. Before just forking over $2600, i wanted a 2nd opinion, so I called Premiere Air. Ed came out, took pictures of the coils, crawled up in my attic to inspect the ducts and came back and told me that I did not need any of the work done that this other company stated. Ed saved me $2600 and just said to change my air filters. If you want an honest company, here you go!! He could've lied and told me all this unnecessary work needed to be done, but he didn't. Thank you Ed and Premiere Air for having integrity and morals!!“
