“UPDATE 7/9/2026 my love for this company still reigns true! I had a lovely chat with Christy about my concerns with my plumbing yesterday and she was so kind and helpful. McKay came out today and spent 3 hours, in the heat, fixing things for us! Sooo grateful to this company! Will continue using them for our future plumbing needs, that goes without saying.

9/9/2024: Oh gosh, I feel silly for even having called them but they were so helpful and professional. I was having issues with my outdoor hose this morning and they had someone out here in less than an hour! Turns out…my hose was kinked and that’s why I didn’t have water. My Monday brain was showing for sure. Matthew was so kind and fixed my hose for me without making me feel silly for calling a plumber over it. No charge for coming out either. We will use them for sure if we ever have other plumbing needs (it’ll make sure to check for kinks first next time).“

They reviewed everything with me before and after the install.they did tremendously great and are very professional going above and beyond taking care of me. They helped me pick up some trash in my front yard and take it to the backyard I'm really thankful for that .“

“we had a gas leak that the gas company had been doing work in the park and shut our gas off. I called my warranty company that I took out with the HOME and they wanted to charge me $9000 to replace all these lines that they said needed replacing so I called the gas company and they gave me three companies and rainwater was one of them. I spoke to Robin. She seemed to be very nice. Quoted me some prices and it came out to almost half of the price of what the $9000 was then they ran a test in the line and we had a couple other leaks that were not detected by the gas company and they fixed them. The only thing that I was discouraged about was the permitting process… come to find out we did not need a permit. I’m glad that my son called the gas company because we would’ve been waiting several weeks to get this finish and the gas back on so bottom line it saved me $500 in permit fees and and my gas is back on thank you rainwater“

“I have paid $1500 on the last two years for three weeks come to find out Victory plumbing tells me they’ve had a recall on these hoses for my outside water heater at my Medspa. I was told by the last guy that they couldn’t replace it with any type of stainless steel plumbing and he says yes we can. We can use dishwasher stainless steel plumbing $300 later I’m never gonna have to worry about a leak again.
