“Rob was dispatched to our home for a hot water heater flush. He is very detailed, knowledgeable and professional. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the process from beginning to end. Rob addressed several plumbing issues at my Mom's house. He provided pictures, estimates, and ensures that each customer understands the proposed expenses. Thank you Rob, your time was much appreciated.”
“I inquired about a hammering noise we’ve been hearing behind our wall thinking it could be a plumbing issue. Rich from American Plumbing and Rooter immediately responded to my online inquiry and called me back. Without charging me any consultation fee he kindly helped me out and adviced me to what the main issue might be and told me to have a landscaper check the irrigation control panel which is not something his company does. The fact that he listened, guided me and assisted me further knowing it is not related to plumbing shows a great customer service and I would definitely reach out to his company if and when I encounter any plumbing problems.”
“Had an issue with a clogged shower drain that kept coming back. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC came out, figured out what was actually causing it, and fixed it properly. They were on time, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell me.”
