“My experience with PlumbSmart was awesome...they communicated multiple times via text and even included a picture of the technician (Charles) prior to his arrival. Charles diagnosed the problem with our tub faucet handle, explained how he was going to fix it but didn't have the parts on his truck and went to pick up the parts. He came back a short while later, finished the repair and showed me that both hot and cold faucet handles worked with no leaks. If/when we have plumbing issues again, I will definitely use PlumbSmart again.“

“AC was blowing warm, despite replacing the filter. Found Comfort Experts on the Trane website so figured I'd give them a try.

Tom was out same day to give a quick diagnosis of a bad fan motor. My system is less than 10 years so the manufacturer should still have it under warranty. He checked with Trane and unfortunately the company that installed my AC didn't register it so no warranty.

He was out next day with a replacement motor and it's now working again.

For those curious on price, I have a 5 ton Trane AC. Diagnosis was about $70, which you can put towards a repair. If my fan motor was under warranty, repair would have been just under $700. Without warranty, repair was just under $1,400.

Honest company for my first time trying and I would use them again on my next repair or maintenance.“
