“It's bad day when your AC blower motors decides to quit working on you and the temperatures are over 1,000 degrees.We decided to call the company who services our AC unit twice a year. They have always done a great job for us in the past, so I wasn't heaistent to call.I picked up the phone and gave them a ring. I explained my issues over the phone and the female receptionist was on the ball and trying to fix all my issues. (She did a great job and thank you!)She explained Isiah, the technician, would be contacting me and heading over to my place when he was available. I couldn't be happier with this call.The bad day turned out to be a great day in the end. Isiah swung by the house, fixed my issue, and answered a million questions I threw at him.Thank you guys for such a seamless and easy process. The AC is back and running and full throttle! “Edmond and his team are great. I over see the maintenance of our church and one of our kids rooms ac unit went out on a Thursday. I worked with another company to get the unit replaced until Friday afternoon and was told that we would have to wait until the following Tuesday. We needed the room functioning for Sunday so I called Edmond. He got us a new unit and had everything up and running by Saturday afternoon. The price was great. Fusion Air is reliable and honest.“
“If you are need of A/C, duct work, energy audits, all HVAC etc., this company is one I would highly recommend based on 16 years of doing business with them. They installed my last AC unit many, many years ago, but then recently it was time to replace my AC-heat pump unit due to age. I also had my duct work inspected due to numerous issues I was having. Turns out the main return duct & supply duct had to be replaced (very old and leaking); Although I incurred some unexpected additional expense with this extra duct work, I am happy it was found and it's completed. The entire new system, new duct work and new registers have made a world of difference in my home. While all of this work was and unanticipated expense, I'm so happy it's done properly and professionally, and I no longer have to worry about poor/uneven air flow, wasted energy and duct work that is disintegrating . The crew and office staff are wonderful to work with, they show up when they committed to, were prepared, efficient and professional. No 'extra' charges, I paid what they quoted. They explained every step, reviewed the audit report, showed me pictures of the damage in the attic and gave me options without any sales pressure. In a world where customer service and professionalism are sorely lacking, this company and staff are a bright light! They are licensed and bonded, and certified APS and SRP qualified contractors. 10 Stars!“

“My friend has used Cardinal State several times, and recommended them to me. After hearing our story of being without AC in August, Kim arranged the schedule for Mike to come out right away. Mike and Kim are the owners. You aren't dealing with a crew of workers with identical uniforms driving with a fleet of identical vehicles with wraps (not that there's anything wrong with that). But with Cardinal State, you are talking with the owners and the owners do the work. And they are straight shooters. Mike and Kim answered all my questions about different options, gave advice without being pushy, gave me the most competitive estimate for a new AC unit, and seemed the most trustworthy of the companies that came out. I said yes, they placed the order, arranged for a crane, installed it right away, and arranged for a recycler to pick up the old one at the same time. They were very careful with all the connection work on the roof. I would use Cardinal State again with no hesitation.“
