Thomas Home Svcs. was quick to respond to my inquiry and did quality work. I live in another state so I needed a trustworthy company. Settling the bill was easy also, I was able to do that over the phone with the technician. Thanks Thomas Home Svcs.
Ryan was great! Very personable and professional. He quickly identified the issue, clearly explained what he found, and ordered the necessary part. He returned the very next day and completed the repair. Great communication and excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend Ryan!
The technician came to check out my washing machine and found the problem, sorry to say no to the repair as it was more than I paid for the washer. No fault of his as the replacement part and labor was more than the washer was worth.
