Could not have been happier with the service Gerald provided. He was knowledgeable, thorough, competent and friendly. Most of all he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed at a very reasonable price. Very rare to find someone that is competent and trustworthy. Would definitely call Precision again when I need ac work!
Once again, another great service visit. Jaime was professional efficient and honest. Provided me with all the pictures and measurement guidelines and provided some different options for some extra maintenance work. He was honest about what was work that he would recommend do now and work that could wait until next time/ future date based on monitoring. I trust Precision because I have had multiple encounters with them for both AC and plumbing needs and what has been told to me has been true. Where I have had experiences with other AC companies who fed straight bologna. Earns trust is a more important factor to me than price (within reason)
