Ryan came and did maintenance and was completely professional and thorough showing me with pictures how every part of our three year old unit (which True North installed) was working well. He didn't try to upsell me work I didn't need and this company never has.

Ryan was very courteous and conscientious. He checked out the inside unit and then went to the outside one. Since both are several years old, he checked them thoroughly. He shared it the photos that he had taken of each unit and explained what had been done.
