Service Technician Matthew arrived at my home at approximately 8:10am, immediately identified himself and was wearing proper uniform to back his identification. Matthew checked each of my two units and proceeded to identify that my lower floor unit was not working properly. He did several and extremely through inspection to make a proper diagnosis which after a few hours ended up in having to purchase a new unit. I wish to thank Matthew and Bruce’s Air Condition .
Bruce’s AC has been a blessing for us over the years.They have even come to the rescue on Christmas Eve, all of us freezing, and with a smile they got right to work and fixed our heating unit for the whole house! They always let you know when they are arriving, and I know who the technician is - as they send you the Tech’s name and picture the day before. It is easy to work with Bruce’s AC on scheduling and rescheduling. They have some great deals for keeping your AC in good condition, they show up on time and let you know the service person is on their way, and they are friendly. I enjoy doing business with them.
