“Recently had to replace an 18 year old unit- came out and did an estimate. Came back with the best price we could find for the quality of product we wanted (Trane) also made sure we met all the specifications to get the SRP rebate and the new tax credit. Did an amazing job in a quick time. Had all old unit supplies pick up and removed as part of the service. Very friendly and a great team. Highly recommend. Also signed up with his service plan. Will come out twice a year to make sure everything is running correctly. Also had the longest labor warranty of 2 years instead of a year.“

After calling Old Republic to request service to have Sensible come out to fix my heater he noticed that the previous company that was here in May did some shady repairs. He contacted Old Republic of his findings and they authorized him to fix things properly. He was very pleasant and friendly to work with. I would recommend them. It's hard to find honest companies these days and sensible is very honest and pleasant to work with.“
