I placed the call for service later in the afternoon. I did not expect to have Dominic arrive so promptly. I was met with knowledgeable and friendly service.The heating issue was solved expediently. We scheduled service and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Dominic arrived on time and started right in to solve the issue.Dominic went over and above to fix the issue, which required pulling a 7-wire cable to connect a smart thermostat with c-wire. Super nice guy, knowledgeable and willing to listen. Thank you, Ken Muncy AC!
