“I discovered a water leak just off the water meter on the main line towards my house. I contacted Rich and we exchanged a few pictures and description. One company came out and wanted to jump directly to an expensive replacement, but after the conversation I'd had with Rich, I wanted to get a quote from him. He came out the next day and inspected it and based on the location, he recommended a spot repair rather than a line replacement, which means that it was not work that he normally does. He recommended a company who knew him and they sent someone out that same afternoon and they agreed with Rich's diagnosis and performed the spot repair for 10% of the first company's quote. Rich even followed up with me to ensure I was getting my issues addressed . . . on a job that was not what his team does daily. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the honesty and professionalism and care to make sure I got water back onto my house very quickly.
